Cancellation Policy:
All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid 100% forfeiture of advance deposit.
Deposit Policy:
All reservations require credit card deposit of 50% the total value (minimum one night room & tax) at time of booking.

Rates subject to change. Property is 100% non-smoking; limited pet-friendly rooms; maximum two guests per room, additional pricing applies for third person.
Pet Policy:
We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms and cannot guarantee accommodation of four-legged family members unless you book by phone 1-800-822-2331.
The Reluctant Panther welcomes guests and well-behaved pets to enjoy the peace & serenity of Manchester. In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all of our guests, we ask that you review our pet policy. Our pet charge is $50.00 per day per pet. All pets must be up to date with vaccinations and free of ticks and fleas. Pets are not allowed on the patio, in the restaurant or in non-designated pet friendly rooms. Pets must be on a leash and under your supervision at all times. Housekeeping and turndown services are available only if the pet is crated or taken out of the room during such services. There are wonderful pet sitters in the area, if you are interested please let us know and we can make recommendations.
